  • Specific Responsibilities

    The HR Business Partner will lead HR support services to assigned divisions for Global Brands Group and function as a strategic business partner to the leadership team.  In addition, this role will be a key member of the Human Resources team and will collaborate with other business partners and business leaders to ensure that strategic business objectives are achieved through effective human resources management.

    Skills and Requirements

    ·         Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by providing human resources guidance and consultation on organizational issues.

    ·          Provide daily performance management & employee relations guidance to employees of all levels of organization

    ·          Effectively build strong relationships with key stakeholder and cross functional teams to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with the strategic business objectives.

    ·          Ensure HR practice is compliant with HR process, labor law and internal regulations

    ·          Work as independent and professional bridge to enhance effective communication platform in the supported business unit to further improve employee engagement.

    ·          Work with key stakeholders on workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment and training development.

    ·          Deliver high quality HR reports based on needs and requirements.

    ·          Act as business partner to provide HR total solutions in line with HR strategy and business needs, including recruitment, performance management, training and employee development, talent management, employee relations etc.

    ·          Establish and build relationships with hiring managers to understand position requirements and identify appropriate methods to source candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner

    ·          Partner with recruiters to understand recruitment needs and to create a partnership that ensures a seamless hiring process; recruit and interview for positions as needed

    ·          Leads, coaches and mentors junior team members

    ·          Participate in strategic human resources initiatives including budgeting, workflow, and process improvement

    ·          Continue to evolve internal processes, ensuring consistency & compliance in employee relations, policies, and strategic HR initiatives

    ·          Other tasks and projects assigned
