• Licensing Manager

  • Specific Responsibilities

    • Manager of 18 accounts on the Entertainment Licensing Group team for the following product categories: children’s and adult character licensed sleepwear and loungewear.
    • Leads negotiations and executes new contractual licensing deals, resulting in signing new partners for royalty revenue growth.
    • Represents licensing division at annual conventions, partner summits, trade shows and client meetings/entertainment.
    • Collaborates with licensors to execute marketing strategies, and provides in-depth analysis on current trends, art aesthetic, fabrication, competitive market landscape, and category growth opportunity.
    • Liaison between Licensor and internal departments such as creative, production, finance and sales, to ensure all updated property information is distributed and finance goals are met.
    • Is the sole Entertainment Licensing Group representative for the Tillerman reporting system.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Previous licensing experience a must.
    • Previous role managing licensees for at least 2+ years.
    • Fast paced environment requires a dedicated self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Analytical; detail oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Previous experience with Tillerman reporting system a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills 
    • Passion for building and maintaining relationships.
