  • Specific Responsibilities


    Working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to execute the digital marketing strategy and specifically enhance and lead the paid search channel and assist in developing the email channel. You will be expected to support in a wide variety of tasks and will gain exposure to brands and functions right across the business.




    Strategy & Innovation:
    • Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to execute the digital marketing strategy
    • Research and propose additional marketing opportunities to grow brand awareness and acquire new customers
    • Keep up to date with digital marketing trends
    • Need to be commercially astute and understand the market forces at play


    Operations & Results:
    • Manage daily/weekly/monthly reports and record daily channel performance
    • Manage day-to-day running of the email, affiliates and search channels
    • Liaise with photography on shoots for e-commerce content
    • Control the Digital Marketing Calendar and ensure any updates are communicated to the necessary people
    • Keep online project management boards up to date, including Trello and Team Gantt


    Customers & Relationships:
    • Work with the e-commerce team to manage the content on site and stay up to date with promotions


    Leadership & Teams:
    • Liaise with sales team to support wholesale digital marketing activities

    Skills and Requirements

    Skills & Qualifications:

    Key Skills Sought:
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically
    • At least 1 year of online marketing experience, preferably in the retail sector
    • A business or marketing degree is ideal but not essential
    • The ability to cope with the pressure of deadlines
    • Demonstrable experience with SEM, using Google Adwords
    • Demonstrable experience running email campaigns for a fashion brand, ideally using Emarsys

    • Friendly and personable team player
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Strong presentation and writing skills
    • A confident, professional, well-presented individual with excellent communication skills – verbally and written

    • Must be able to use MS Office applications – Word, Outlook, and Excel to an excellent standard
    • Experience with Emarsys would be beneficial
    • Experience using project management tools such as Trello and Team Gantt would be advantageous
    • Experience using Magento Enterprise would be beneficial
    • Experience using Google sheets and forms would be advantageous
