• Coordinator, Production - Footwear

  • Specific Responsibilities

    • Work closely with Sales Representatives on calendar deadlines, costing, salesmen sample orders, commercialization of adopted product, delivery of samples and final production
    • Monitor samples and manage approval process
    • Communicate with domestic and overseas factories to monitor process of timelines, pre-production and production
    • Work closely with buyers and designers for fit, construction, trims and color approval
    • Direct daily communication with the customers; must be able to troubleshoot and identify solutions; follow up to ensure orders are received and processed in timely manner
    • Direct daily communication with overseas offices regarding production issues and questions, shipping, samples etc.
    • Follow up as needed to ensure all orders are being properly shipped and arriving on schedule
    • Review and analyze all weekly tracking reports to ensure on time shipments

    Skills and Requirements

    • Superior organizational and follow up skills. Excellent in communication and team oriented
    • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous
    • Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1 - 2 years experience in apparel production and sourcing; relevant experience in category
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products. Prior PLM and SAP experience is a plus
