  • Specific Responsibilities

    Strategy & Innovation

    • Make sure that the organisation of the EVP’s day-to-day workload is streamlined, improved, accurate and efficient.
    • Work with sales team on new business presentations.
    • Identify areas of growth within specific categories and be present on calls where needed.
    • Looking for and distributing relevant information to the Retail & Lifestyle team across EMEA.

    Operations & Results

    • Responsible for putting together and creating brand presentations, pitches for meetings.
    • Coordinate meetings, sending out invites, creating an agenda and printing, binding relevant support packs.
    • Timely accurate diary management, and on hand support for EVP’s at all times.
    • Responsible for collating EMEA and brand status reports and coordinating calls.
    • Support with all corporate events, parties, workshops & tradeshows.
    • Process monthly expenses for EVP’s.
    • Join calls for the Team business updates, collating and distributing notes and action points. 

           Customers & Relationships

    • Liaise with suppliers and clients in a professional positive manner.
    • Coordinate weekly calls on behalf of EVP with colleagues in other offices around the globe.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure all communications are polite and professional.
    • Client status reports are timely and accurate.

    Leadership & Teams

    • As a member of the Office Support Team Duties include ensuring that the client experience when visiting CAA-GBG is always at the highest standard, by supporting reception and maintenance of the general ‘front of house’ appearance.
    • Coordinate company events and workshops, from managing the budget, to sourcing venues, liaising with multiple suppliers, building agendas.
    • Work with all of the offices globally, to deliver company wide updates under the supervision of the EVP.

    Skills and Requirements

    • This role requires a very bright articulate and inquisitive person who is proactive and has excellent communication, accurate diary management and administration skills.
    • Capacity to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise work load.
    • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally and at different levels within organisations.
    • Ability to implement projects with a high level of detail.
    • Confident working with confidential information with a level of professionalism.
    • Good to strong experience of using a Mac, including building & designing presentations with Mac software.
    • Strong proficiency Microsoft Office, including Outlook & diary management, Word, Powerpoint and/or Keynote skills, knowledge of Excel.
