Specific Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Supervise in-house resources in the efficient development and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives, promotions and events that meet high quality standards
  • Direct communication to field retail division in the United States, must be able to accurately communicate corporate marketing strategy and direction. Must be able to assess needs by region and market in order to drive sales through marketing efforts
  • Oversee Brand coordinator including various in-store promotions, policies, store communication, GWPs, advertising insertion orders, press kits, additional documentation, store locator, master store listings and various research projects as needed
  • Support respective Executives for execution of added value for BCBGeneration
  • Strategically align all customer touch points including windows, mass emails, website, collateral and advertising
  • Partner with Buying to strategically plan all mass emails and product focuses
  • Partner with Special Events Manager to plan heavy volume of in-store events including store grand openings, seasonal sales events, trunk shows and seasonal sales events
  • Partner with Media Manager to execute initiatives that incorporate in-store traffic drivers and online focuses and sales
  • Charitable contributions and develop strategic charitable partnerships
  • Promotional program development
  • Strategically plan and maintain various retail and corporate budgets
  • Stay current with seasonal trends via trend reports and industry research

Skills and Requirements

Minimum qualifications are:


  • 3-4 years in a Multi Brand Marketing Management role, Apparel industry preferred
  • Experience working with new media platforms
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills
  • Marketing and PR experience
  • Creative individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet research)
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workload with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Some travel
  • Must have a Flexible Schedule due to multiple events
