Executive Assistant

Work Location US-CA-Vernon

Specific Responsibilities

  • Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, routing correspondence, collecting and analyzing information and initiating communication.
  • Prepares and maintains standardized reporting, daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
  • Prioritizes and completes Ad Hoc projects, including but not limited to: running reports, drafting presentations in PowerPoint, creating excel spreadsheets.
  • Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conference calls and travel. Manages expense reports and reimbursement.
  • Serves as a liaison with other EAs and Departments, including but not limited to: Retail President’s EA, Retail Operations, Finance, Buying, Design, Asset Protection, Human Resources, Visual, Marketing and IT to ensure that collaboration and coordination is optimized.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Continuously reviews and improves departmental day-to-day operations to achieve optimum efficiency.
  • Assists Regional Directors with anything needed to ensure the day-to-day of the team and business runs efficiently.
  • Understands the Retail Business, including Freestanding and Partner Shop Practices.
  • Maintains Executive confidence and protects the Company by keeping information confidential.
  • Fosters a strong professional working relationship with all cross-functional departments.



Skills and Requirements


  • Experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word. Experience in Adobe Suite, Google Maps preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of initiative and positive attitude.
  • Ability to respond effectively and with a high urgency to time sensitive requests.
  • Exceptionally organized and attentive to details.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environment.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
