Specific Responsibilities




CAA-GBG is world’s largest licensing and brand management company, representing globally iconic brand properties and personalities. This role supports the Strategy & Insight and New Live divisions of the company, focused primarily on research-grounded strategy formulation for our large and growing network of top tier clients in industries including but not limited to entertainment, sports, FMCG, fashion and luxury. 


As a small team working with multiple factions of the larger business, Strategy & Insights needs a flexible, ambitious individual that will be able to familiarise themselves with new territories at a moment’s notice, approaching challenges systematically and developing a point of view on the subject matter.

Strategy & Innovation:

·         Skilled problem solver with a solutions-orientated approach to challenges

·         Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research

·         Capacity to analyse research from various sources of information and develop insights, creating compelling stories and identifying opportunities

·         Agile thinking incorporating commercial and creative point of views for strategy formulation for clients in a wide range of industries



Operations & Results:

·         Industry and Company Reports

·         Aggregation and Communication of Industry Insights

·         Conference & Event Mapping and Scheduling

·         Assist in developing project materials such as presentations, reports and analysis

·         Managing relationships with key internal stakeholders across both New Live and Strategy & Insight Divisions



Leadership & Teams:

·         Driven, engaging and ambitious in a collaborative environment

·         Support the team and upper management with ad hoc project-related tasks

·         Confidence owning specific tasks and areas of research and relaying findings to the wider team

·         Be able to work and tackle challenges independently but know when to seek support from the wider team








Skills & Qualifications: 

·         2:1 or higher

·         Experience in conducting and analysing quantitative and qualitative research

·         Comfortable working with large datasets

·         Organisational efficiency

·         Aptitude across MS Office suite

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects/ tasks simultaneously

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Culturally engaged with a keen interest in popular culture and current affairs
