Specific Responsibilities

  • Handle daily management of account service for existing accounts, aggressive search for new accounts
  • Responsible for crafting and executing the sales strategy and account tactics required for each specific key account within specified categories
  • Prepare account presentations and utilize all Sales and Marketing data, including internal and customer account data, consumer data, and demographics
  • Present periodic formal business reviews and business development plans for assigned accounts
  • Provide sales support process and collateral item development for new and existing accounts
  • Monitor expenditures to comply with approved budget constraints and take corrective action as needed
  • Develop personal business plans under general management supervision
  • Work with other members of the sales team to achieve team and corporate sales goals, maintain sales records and generate relevant market/sales reports for company information
  • Attend/support the preparation and set-up for annual tradeshows
  • Provide departmental support as needed including research, and reporting, analysis and presentation preparation
  • Support the Division Manager with quarterly strategic growth plans for existing accounts
  • Keep abreast of competition in existing accounts advising on new process, product and promotional needs to maintain the competitive edge
  • Work with the design in creating SMU product

Skills and Requirements

  • At least 7 years of Account management experience in Men's Footwear
  • Off Price expereince preffered 
  • Must possess superior organizational, time management, financial, and analytic skills
  • Must be able to use all avenues of communication to support current and future accounts, marketing and merchandising teams, management team
  • Must possess strong computer skills to include all Microsoft programs
