- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or related Logistics field. Minimum 3 years total experience, including education and related work experience.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP and other related software.
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills to work with large amounts of data and numbers.
- Demonstrated strong partnering skills, as well as self-directed work management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work flows simultaneously..
- Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Experience in interacting with Ocean carriers and rate management required.
