Specific Responsibilities

Support SVP of Sales in all tasks, with the goal to maximize sales and margins.  Interface with customer and promote the brand. Contribute ideas and strategies that will further strengthen and build the brand.




Customer and Relationships

  • Cultivate, develop and maintain relationships with customer and their teams
  • Manage communications between the customer and our internal sales, design, production and logistics teams
  • Interface daily with customer on all details of the business and business model
  • Monthly travel to customer


Strategy and Innovation

  •  Develop strategies to grow the business and maintain margins
  • Contribute ideas for seasonal assortment selection
  • Navigate process of cost engineering to strengthen margins



  • Create, update and maintain buy sheets
  • Generate and report weekly selling reports
  • Maintain financials – Actualize financials monthly, update all ship date changes, cancellations, and additional sales
  •  Maintain charts- UPC , hangtag
  • Maintain replenishment programs – Missy, Plus, Petite
  • Manage Customer Samples – First pass, TOP, Editorial – manage, track, send
  • Analysis - research and create reports as needed



  • Contribute to positive team dynamic
  • Participate in the training, and daily managing of program interns

Skills and Requirements

  • Superior organizational and communication skills
  • Team oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strength in retail math
  • 3-8 years experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel ( formulas, formatting) , SAP a plus
