Specific Responsibilities

  • Order and maintain all office, kitchen, and bathroom supplies.
  • Maintain all facilities related files.
  • Assist in the coordination of breaks and lunches for receptionists.
  • Process all facilities related expenses.
  • Shipping and receiving. 
  • Assist in furniture installation, movement and/or removal for office moves or relocation.
  • Assist with building maintenance and requests to include but not limited to:
    • Conducting frequent walk-through inspections of Facility for safety hazards, equipment failures, and office aesthetics.
    • Coordinate with building management and security to maintain optimal functioning of building systems including mechanical, fire/life safety, etc.
    • Maintain master list of repairs. Lighting maintenance (change light bulbs).
    • Coordinate with contractors for facilities renovation and/or construction projects (such as HVAC, electrical upgrades, office relocation etc.).
    • Manage the daily maintenance of all office equipment including printers, photocopiers, and fax machines.
    • Responsible for the upkeep, regular general maintenance, and negotiations for all equipment.
  • Support the satellite parking lot by driving the employees and guests to and from the parking lot from 8:30–10:00am, 12:00–2:00pm and 5:00–6:00pm and other times as needed.
  • All other duties and tasks, as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment. 
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Detail-oriented. 
  • Strong time-management skills. 
  • Ability to multi-task.
