Specific Responsibilities

  • Interface with internal clients and IT team members to understand current and future business processes.
  • Identify potential solutions to meet business requirements and give advice on system & business improvement.
  • Assess business and operational processes to identify opportunities for application consolidation or optimization.
  • Document and maintain the system processes, and keep them updated.
  • Assist with IT project management.
  • Other task and projects assigned by line manager.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Application systems (implementation/support).
  • Exposure to ERP or Retail system preferred.
  • Retail or FMCG experience preferred.
  • Experience of Project Management is a plus.
  • Good command in both spoken & written English.
  • Strong communication skill with business users as well as with senior management.
