Specific Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team by assisting with the full cycle recruitment process. This person will gain great exposure to the ins and outs of recruiting for an exciting, fast-growing international lifestyle company.  

  • Advertise GBG opportunities by posting open positions on career sites, school websites, and other job boards for the internship program.
  • Schedule initial candidate interviews with recruiting team and schedule subsequent interviews with hiring managers as requested. 
  • Support operational excellence by effectively using and maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 
  • Serve as a resource for candidates and new hires with recruitment and onboarding questions in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Assist with coordinating internship programs as requested.
  • Assist with coordinating recruiting/networking events and career fairs for the internship program.
  • Ad hoc projects as requested by the Human Resources team.

Skills and Requirements

  • Able to work at least 2 full work days per week.
  • Bachelor’s degree in progress.
  • Prior internship or work experience in an administrative position, experience in human resources and/or recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); iCims experience preferred.
  • Organized and able to multitask.
  • People-oriented and able to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
