Specific Responsibilities

  • Support a key brand licensing account.
  • Responsible for executing day to day implementation and coordination of product development approvals across a variety of categories (hard & soft lines) and multiple brand for a key client.
  • Manage inventory of samples across all stages of product development.
  • Provide vision and guidance to partners on optimal execution of brand assets on retail products.
  • Support receipt of quarterly and monthly projections, and dissemination of brand marketing plans.
  • Update licensees on all relevant news regarding brand and other licensees including market trends, brand marketing campaigns and program wide initiatives.
  • Maintain and update sales materials, brand assets, visual line lists, placement charts and catalogs.
  • Oversee planning and logistics of licensee summits and other related events.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2-4 years of previous licensing or product development experience.
  • Proficiency in Octane5, Mediabox-PA or similar systems will be given priority.
  • Passion and experience in product development will be given priority.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite will be given priority.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Team player.Proficiency in Mac platform and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
