Dear Drew is an inspiring new contemporary brand launched by actress and entrepreneur Drew Barrymore. The brands first pop-up shop is located at 14 Crosby Street in Soho, New York City and features a mix of Dear Drew apparel, handbags, jewelry, luggage, hair tools and loungewear, all intended to empower customers to be their best selves and live their most inspired, spirited lives.


We are searching for inspiring, spirited individuals to join the Dear Drew team as Sales Associates. We are looking for unique individuals who look forward to getting dressed each day, and would love to help others do the same. As a Sales Associate, you will be expected to be quick with a smile, contribute to a positive store atmosphere and be responsible for working directly with our customers to create a memorable shopping experience through exemplary customer service. Specific responsibilities of the Sales Associate position include but are not limited to:

  • Contribute to the success of the shop by consistently achieving or exceeding individual sales goals.
  • Build a strong rapport with customers through consistent and open communication
  • Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication with clients and peers
  • Work to ensure the sales floor always meets standards with regard to merchandising and visual presentation

Skills and Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
  • Strong interest in fashion and a passion for trend awareness
  • Strong communication and presentation skills including the ability to comfortably interact with senior leaders of the organization
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
