Manager, Digital Marketing


Specific Responsibilities


  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns that drive revenue and increase engagement, across Ecommerce/performance marketing channels
  • Execute best-in-class programs in CPC/Search Engine Marketing, Affiliate networks, Paid Social Media and Display Remarketing
  • Manage the development and approval of compelling content that drives results, including managing creative requests. 
  • Accountable for agency relationships and partner performance.
  • Analyze and report on campaign results and customer behavior to identify actionable opportunities to increase sales, improve customer acquisition and retention and improve engagement
  • Identify and execute opportunities to enhance content through social media integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, management, and vendors to ensure successful execution of programs. 
  • Report on progress against goals and relevant metrics.
  • Drive innovation, with a particular focus on mobile, by partnering with key stakeholders on a test / learn / grow framework.

Skills and Requirements

  • Must be a highly organized self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance processes, and technical ability to work with internal financial systems & external analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst, etc.)
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have professional and personal demeanor, ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess problem solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic team player with a positive attitude



Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or equivalent field.
    • 4+ years’ experience in online and/or customer marketing, preferably for a retail / merchandise-driven business.
    • Experience developing marketing creative and communication that drives customer response. 
    • Exceptional project management and organizational skills. 
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others.
    • Strong analytic and quantitative skills. Ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs.
    • Thorough understanding of direct marketing principles.
