Specific Responsibilities

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 

  • Develop strong business relationships with retail players at the department store level, visual and store management. Know who makes the decisions with each account: RMM, Store Directors, Visual Directors, Account Executives, Store Managers and/or Department Managers
  • Communicate all BCBG product information, floor location, merchandising presentation, staffing issues and business analysis issues with department store personnel up to and including store managers and specialists where applicable. Cultivate this very crucial business relationship by being a BCBG professional in every sense of the word- especially attitude and appearance
  • Immediately report “red alerts” and recommended resolutions to your Regional Visual Manager
  • Provide BCBG “before and after” photos, which is part of Store Visit Recap Reports on a daily basis. Complete other paperwork as needed
  • Distribute monthly schedules to your Regional Manager
  • Be relentless in achieving quantitative measures of performance in: sales volume, stock level, and sales per square foot
  • Responsible for product knowledge and training

Skills and Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ARE:

 

  • Minimum of 1-2 years visual merchandising experience
  • Experience in dealing with departments store shop-in-shop environments
  • Computer skills including experience with Publisher, Photoshop, Excel
  • Ability to travel
