This role will be responsible for assisting the Change Management & Training Team with all aspects of the change management program associated with technology implementation projects and business process re-engineering. This includes but will not be limited to: drafting communications, participating in stakeholder interviews, developing presentations, and participating in business process analyses.
The intern will have frequent exposure to high-level executives within the organization, gain real change management experience, and learn project management methodology. The Change Management Intern will also have the opportunity to work with operational departments including IT Applications, The Transactional Services Group, Business Operations, and Human Resources, as well as the variety of businesses that fall under the GBG umbrella.
