Specific Responsibilities

  • Manage all status changes and employee communications for all rehires, promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.
  • Partner with talent acquisition on new hires and ensure on-boarding paperwork is completed on-time and accurately.
  • Maintain employee files for active and terminated employees.
  • Assist with new hire orientation (logistics, materials, participant list, etc.)
  • Coordinate training activities including scheduling, materials, meeting set-up
  • Maintain organizational charts for assigned client groups. 
  • Coordinate immigration paperwork for new hires and existing employees requiring US work visas. 
  • Assist with the intern program.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and programs for assigned client groups, and to messages submitted to the HRInfo Inbox.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or other related field preferred.
  • Strong internship experience required and at least 1 year of work experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, and highly detail-oriented.
  • Results-focused, team-oriented, innovative, mature, and articulate.  
  • Excellent writing skills with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word.
  • Superior Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data, create and edit worksheets including formulas and formatting, and use V-Lookup and Pivot Table functionality.
