  • Specific Responsibilities

    The SAP Sales and Distribution Analyst will be responsible for production support as well as project implementation of the SD module. 

    • Gather and analyze business requirements and provide solutions related to SD.
    • Provide production support for the SD module and interfaces to FI, MM, BI and 3PL.
    • Work independently to resolve production issues through SAP Solution Manager.
    • Collaborate with internal SAP teams and off-shore production support team to assure knowledge exchange.
    • Evaluate, implement and support new developments/enhancements.
    • Develop functional specifications associated with system enhancements.
    • Make configuration changes in the entire OTC process related to
      • Master Data
      • Order Processing
      • Allocation
      • Delivery Processing
      • Billing
      • Pricing
      • Output Handling
    • Create and execute unit test and integration test scenarios.
    • Follow documentation standards by maintaining documents such as process flows, functional specs, configuration documents and LSMWs.
    • Develop and maintain training materials.
    • Collaborate with Change Management and key users to identify training needs.
    • Conduct training as needed (individual ad hoc, group classes, regression training, etc.).

    Skills and Requirements

    • Must have demonstrable record of implementing and supporting SAP.
    • At least 5+ years of SAP configuration experience is required in SAP's SD module.
    • SAP SD AFS module (ECC6.0) knowledge is much preferred.
    • Wholesale/Apparel industry experience a big plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Team player.
    • Self-motivated.
    • Work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Structured work habits and efficient time-management.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Production support experience preferred.
