KA Sales Manager


Specific Responsibilities


- Responsible for development and maintenance on national key account and distributor management

-Responsible for negotiation on KA annual contract

- Responsible for prepare and control KA annual sales plan

-Plan and control annual door plan and the execution

-Stock control and clearance plan

- Ensure that company brands and assortments are properly listed and implemented

- Ensure that company brands and assortments are properly merchandising and implemented

-Ensure that both the annual promotion policy are well implemented by the customers and company field force

-Ensure that both national regular shelf pricing and promotional pricing policy are well implemented

-Pro-actively coordinate related development for market information and support

Skills and Requirements


-10 year+ related working experience in MNC in FMCG industry

-Must have the kid appeal or other textile industry work experience

- Solid experience on KA operation and headquarter negotiation

-Excellent communication, coordination, organization and problem-solving skill

-Good command of PC operation

-Excellent command of both written and spoken in English and Mandarin
