Specific Responsibilities

Job Scope

  • Responsible for defining and executing merchandise plan for childrenswear ecommerce business, included but limited to determination on OTB, price and promotion strategy, discount and sell through evaluation.
  • Plan and execute associated merchandise strategies according to key third-party platforms’ ecommerce market calendars. Being accountable for sales results.
  • Manage seasonal sales momentum and get associated preparation ready on schedule.
  • Analyze big data and formulate new or replenishment plan based on customer demand.
  • Monitor product shipment and ensure on time deliveries for different programs
  • Liaise and manage multiple 3rd party partners and agency relationships.

Skills and Requirements

Requirement

  • 3+ years’ experience in Ecommerce gained from a branded childrenswear/apparel company
  • Strong experience in digital and ecommerce projects, particularly in planning and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and oral)
  • Able to work under pressure
