Specific Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Information System (IS) strategy is consistent and supporting the CAA-GBG global strategy
  • Proactive management and development of key systems to meet business needs 
  • Management of projects, including Octane5 implementation
  • Be point of contact for any Octane5, SAP FICO/BPC queries, changes and concerns
  • Owning relationships of systems vendors
  • Ensuring up to date with technology and best practices to drive business improvements
  • Dealing with escalated issues and resolving in a timely fashion
  • Ensuring documentation is kept up to date and relevant

Skills and Requirements

Skills required:

  • Knowledge in IT Software Development Project Management Tools
  • Knowledge of Database Design and Platforms - MS-SQL
  • Advanced excel
  • Experience of BI tools
  • Strong Communications Skills
  • Great Problem solving
  • Good commercial understanding and ability to work with senior management
