Act as business partner to provide HR total solutions in line with HR strategy and business needs, including recruitment, performance management, training and employee development, talent management, employee relations etc.
Enhance employer branding, to build effective sourcing channels and seek the right candidates and best fit for the brand (We-chat, network, internal referral channels etc.)
Ensure HR practice is in line with HR process and internal regulations, as well as labor law and internal regulations, positively give feedback to Management.
Work as independent and professional bridge to build up effective communication platform in the supported business unit to further improve employee engagement.
Work with key stakeholders on workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment and training development.
Deliver high quality HR reports based on needs and requirements.
Other task and projects assigned by Senior HRBP manager.
Skills and Requirements
8+ years Human Resource experience in retail or MNC, solid experience in Recruitment or OD is preferred.
Proactive and strong communication skills
Strong implementation and execution capability
Bachelor degree with in business administration, HR management or related field.
Good English skill both in written and oral.
Proficient in Microsoft office software (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
