Specific Responsibilities

Payroll execution

  • Data consolidation for payroll (Statutory /Daily / Store / Office) on monthly basis.
  • Liaise with local payroll partners on all C&B matters.
  • Analyze the payroll data and report to local and region management.

Benefit execution

  • Update the new joiners & leavers for medical check / group insurance / credit insurance on monthly basis.
  • Announce to employees regarding medical check-up.
  • Responsible for all employee benefits: daily queries / vendors / expense administration.
  • Request payment for applicable colleague for Congratulatory or Condolatory Leave and Allowance.

HRIS

  • Update employee date as needed.

Newcomers preparation

  • employee ID / email / intranet creation
  • computer / office phone and other equipment preparation
  • update the employee list
  • employee document management

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experiences
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Multitasker / Comfortable in fast paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail industry.
